Tip of the Day – Celebrate the Win
20220401 – Tip of the Day Celebrate the Win
It is the day after a win.
Yesterday was a first for Emergency Action Planning. We participated in our first Business Expositions.
Liana, my younger daughter, graciously helped set up and promote the coaching program. I am so grateful she was there; I could not have done it without her. We could have used four more hands just to set up. As you can see the venue was outdoors. We needed to make multiple adjustments to the backdrop because of the high winds, Liana came up with the solution that created a win.
It was a fun, entertaining, and educational event. Several people were enrolled in the Emergency Action Planning process, made several connections, and had a great time until the liquid sunshine showed up.
Celebrate your wins. Let the world know you are doing something that matters and there are successes.
But, unfortunately, we often keep our wins to ourselves because who cares? Nobody cares what I do!
How do you know that is true? First, there are probably many people who will celebrate with you. But if you keep it to yourself, they will not be able to support you and your cause because they do not know anything about what you are doing.
Celebrate your wins! Every celebration is another piece of confirmation that you are doing something right.
When building your emergency action plan, celebrate the accomplishments with your family and loved ones.
These celebrations will build momentum and drive more incredible achievements because of the visible, tangible proof of accomplishing the task.
Celebrating the wins draws the family closer together because of the shared responsibility of achievement.
Celebrating the wins reminds you of the goal you set in the first place.
Celebrate wins to get away from tedious day-to-day tasks. Switch the minds from “Work” to “Celebrate,” You and your family will receive positive energy to keep moving forward.
Celebrate your wins. No matter how small. If not you, who?
Till next time
